I help local companies and organisations to support their staffs’ health and well-being. This can be done with a mix of energy healing (such as Reiki) as well as hand and arm massages, group meditation and relaxation techniques. Options include 1-2-1 treatments, shorter ‘taster’ sessions, or group sessions. This can be done on a regular basis or as staff well-being days.
